No Bank, No CC

I'm over 18 (42) and I live in the United States.  I have no bank account, and no credit cards.  I do however sometimes get donations in my PayPal acocunt.  When I try to spend that money from somewhere that accept paypal I'm asked to connect a card.   I don't have one... How can I get PayPal to stop asking and go ahead and purchase what I need?  The money is in the account!

You can't use funds in your paypal account balance UNLESS you have a back up card linked to your paypal account as well.

No card means you can't verify your account and so can't spend those funds.

Just purchase a debit card from your local Wal-mart and put like 5 bucks on it.

Do NOT make the mistake of buying a PayPal visa though, I learned that the hard way.
