My friend accidentally send money to wrong email and not exist email

I just check on email provider and that email address doesn't taken by someone.Can i create new paypal account using same email where my friend send his money?

Hi daniel6699 and welcome, 

If a payment has been sent to an incorrect email address then your friend will have the option to cancel the payment and have the funds returned to him. Once they are returned he will then be able to send the payment to your correct email address. If he does not have the option to cancel the payment then the payment will remain unclaimed for 30 days and it will then automatically be returned to your friend. 

I wouldn't recommend creating a new email address just to claim the funds as this can cause confusion for you on your PayPal account. Best to just ask your friend to cancel the payment.
