When I'm at the checkout I choose PayPal, when I sign in it says at the top of the screen "We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details including your billing address." I have the money on my PayPal account, so I don't see the issue with me buying an item. I've kept trying over the last 5 days no results, same message.
If you are trying to use funds already in your paypal account balance, then its unlikely you can do so unless you have a back up card linked to that paypal account to verify it.
