Hi can u help . I have 2 people send me money and both payments received but I can't find the money . Cheers

A bit of information would help.

1. Private or ebay transaction?

2. Are they international transactions?

3. Have you checked the email address it was sent to?

4. Is it pending?

5. Can you see any money in your paypal balance?

6. Are the transactions showing up in your TRANSACTION HISTORY?

7. DId you get an email from paypal to say you were paid?

8. Do you have a business or personal account?

9. Is it marked as completed on your buyers end or is it unclaimed?

Hi 1 . Private seller 2. Not international 3. I had no email 4. Not pending 5. Pay pal balance is zero 6. History says money in . Money received 7. No email was sent 8. Personal account 9. Not sure I use PayPal all the time have no problems with eBay via PayPal money goes straight to my bank. Thanks

Thats weird i would have said they have not paid except for your reply that the transaction shows in your paypal account transaction history especially as you has no paypal email to say that they had paid.

Can i first suggest this >>

Have you bought anything and paid for it via paypal since the payments should have gone in??

The reason i ask is that if you have funds in your paypal balance and then buy something then paypal will always take from those funds (as that is now the default funding source), rather than from your normal funding source eg bank account or card.

To check go and click on the word "details" next to any recent paypal buying transaction and see if they were funded from your paypal balance ie buyers payments rather than your normal funding source.

Yes I have bought things and I check items . The say funded by pay pal balance . Thanks for clearing that up for me .
