Money pending

I got a refund from a seller and I want the money now instead of waiting 21 days so I can buy something else I bidded on 21 days is WAY TOO MUCH!!

You don't wait 21 days for a REFUND !!!!!!!!

Unless the refund was made AFTER 60 days and sent as a payment instead of a refund???

He send it about a week after but I think he sent it as a payment

If the refund was made within 60 days of payment then he should have used the refund option.

If he used the send money > goods option then you may have to wait 21 days as paypal would see you as a new seller.

If he did not use the refund option he could still have sent it using send money > family / friends and then you would have got it instantly.

Ask him which way he paid / refunded and if he sent it the wrong way get him to phone customer services and ask them to release it to you.
