I am selling something on ebay but when the customer says he has posted into my account. I get an email off someone thats not paypal with the email address . seller.c@accountants.com i have been told off a member of paypal that this isnt the address they use. So i have the customer saying i have his money and i havent recieved it. What do i have to do to recieve the money it also says its been held in an escrow account what is one of those. Where is my money? HELP!!!
Not sure where it said but when people try and buy the item it takes there money and tells them that i have it but then i get an email saying that paypal are holding it and they want proof of shippment. The people that want to buy it are in the uk.
