Money held

I have been refunded some money from a seller for an item I sent back on eBay, my account says that the payment has completed but that the money is being temporarily held whilst it's being reviewed. Can anybody help with this problem.

Welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems to receive a refund. It sounds like the original payment was funded from your bank account. This can take 5 to 7 working days from the original day of payment to show in your PayPal balance. You can find more information on this here
