Hi! We are having trouble requesting money - we can do this fine but the person we request it from is not receiving the request nor is it in their junk or clutter folder...can there be any reason for this?
I am having the same problem... Did you get the issue resolved? If so how?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
