Why, when I have entered an authentic Royal Mail tracking number is paypal rejecting that number and making me wait for 28 days for my money???  I have checked Royal Mail tracking with the same number and it states the goods were delivered ages ago.  I am not a happy bunny!

The most you wait is 21 and not 28 days.

If its an ebay transaction then its an ebay hold and you would need to ask them to authorise the release of funds.

It's a Paypal hold as I don't have an eBay account.  I have input the correct Royal Mail tracking number 3 times with still no success. Still not a happy bunny 🐰
