Hello, I tried to link my VISA debit card issued by bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ in Japan but there's a notice that I can't use that card. I also try to link paypal to my bank account but it displays error notice. Just realize I input wrong branch name, I can link to my bank account now, but still can't link to my debit card.
Can I actually link my VISA debit card issued by bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ Japan to my paypal?
