Lifting pay after delivery limit

Hi All

 

Hoping someone can help. I'm getting a message saying that I'm nearing my pay after delivery limit. When I click on the message to resolve I'm taken to a page that informs me that I have entered all the needed information and to return to the summery page. When I return to the summery page the issue is still there.

 

Any ideas ?

Hi Pauly34 and welcome to the PayPal community forum, 

 

When you say you are reaching your limit, do you mean you are reaching your receiving limit on your PayPal account as you would not generally have to provide additional information for Pay After Delivery. If it is your receiving limit and you have provided all of the requested information then your account will be reviewed soon. Once it is reviewed you will receive an update via email. 

 

If there is something showing for your Pay After Delivery that you need to complete please let us know what information is being requested so we can help.
