I have a question..
I just wanted to know is it eveytime someone sends a payment as good and service will be on hold for the person its sent for or will it be avaliable.
Because I have someone sending memoney for goods and services and I want to know if it will be on hold or if it will just in my avaliable balance.
If so what is the reasoning for it being on hold or going straight to your balance.
Just want to let u know that it isnt via ebay its a seperate sale i put on gumtree so it isnt via ebay or anything like that.
