I am starting a new business and will be using PayPay for online payments and face to face payments. I will also be offering payment by BACS transfer. Can PayPay provide all the functionality I need or will I also need a conventional business bank account?

Unfortunately at the moment we don't have the service to process BACS transfers between bank accounts directly. We offer BACS and FPS services to our customer as funding sources. This would mean that your customers can send BACS payments through PayPal and you would need to transfer or setup an automatic transfer to your bank account.
