Invoices not being sent to some email addresses

When you type in an email address on an invoice a small blue logo circles round until it approves an email address, some email addresses the logo never stops spinning and then when I press sent these ones never get delivered to the customer. I am getting complaints all the time from customers not receiving invoices so therefore they cannot place the order.

Welcome to the Community!

 

I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing difficulties when trying to send buyers invoices through your PayPal account. Can I ask you if you could try doing this on a different browser and also try clearing your temporary internet files on your computer.

 

That should help to resolve any of the issues that you have been experiencing. Could you please let us know how it goes?
