Instant payment email received, balance changed, no transaction visible

Hello,

As it states in the subject... I received instant payment email, my Paypal balance changed accordingly but no transaction is visible. What can I do?

I'm sorry to hear about the challenge. I suspect that your transaction filter is preventing you from seeing the transaction. Please change the filter option to 'All' - this should help.
