I have sent money to the wrong person

I had problems with PayPal to send money .so I sent money to a wrong bank account .Can I cancel it or PayPal can take them back

Are you withdrawing funds and sent it to the wrong bank account.

OR are you sending a payment to another paypal account and put in the wrong email address?

In that case paypal can't do a lot for you, contact your bank and see if they can help.
