I am sorry to hear about this experience. If you are having an issue with a payment the first thing is to review your account history in detail. I would recommend to check your account history via the desktop version. In other hand, you should also review your card statement to see if the payment is actually completed in both platforms and it was not a simple temporary hold. If you have done this with no success, the best thing is to contact with our customer service and they will be happy to review this issue with you when at the phone.
