I had a buyer who paid for an item and a couple hours later he asked for a refund because he didn’t need the item anymore. Before he messaged me I transferred the money from my PayPal to my bank account and now I need to transfer the money from my bank account to my PayPal account to refund him. How do I do this?
If you issue a refund then paypal will automatically take it from your bank account linked to your paypal account, you don't need to upload funds yourself.
