How do we use the friend and family free fee?

I would like to send my money to some friends. I heard that the friend and family service can save me the fixed fund. 

At this point, can we use this service?

As long as you are not using it to buy or sell then its free as long as you fund that payment via your bank account OR funds in your paypal balance then its free within the UK.

However if you are using it to sell be careful as its against paypal rules and can lead to your account being limited as well as losing you your buyer or seller protection.
