I recently sold a watch an when the buyer recieved the item i got a message off off him thru ebay stating that the watch wasnt what he was expecting!! I explained to him i described it to the best of my knowledge an that the item was listed as USED! An he said ok sorry my mistake i dont want to take any further action,, so why has paypal put the money on hold????
