Help! I don't think this is fair :(

I received a £25 voucher from eBay I was so exited and placed a few bids !

i won all 3 bids and I checked out and paid extra £11 for postage and £25 was detected 

everything was going well until they asked me to pay again 

I don't know what PayPal did to stop the transaction or why but it's so unfair 

I spoke to eBay 100x and they blame it on PayPal 

what can I do

my items didn't go threw and only £11 went threw for postage but no item

please help
