I have a problem with a "held" payment from an eBay transaction. There was an item not received case that was closed and solved 11 days ago but my payment is still being held. I've called for over a week and no one from Paypal or eBay know what the problem is and reps from both companies keep saying to call the other company but neither know the problem.
Update on 22nd of September I called ebay, they told me the payment was cleared then I was transferred to a specialist who said they dont know the problem and said they'd transfer me to one of their specialists and then transferred me to the person I originally spoke too..
Now I can't call Paypal cause the systems broke right now.
I've emailed and even tweeted but have got no help, what do I do? They have £200 of mine held for no reason..
