Get 3 months of Spotify Premium for just £9.99.

Paypal sent me an email after I had unsubscribed from Spotify in November 2014. I took the offer from Paypal that if I subscribed back on premium before December 2014 I would get 3 months for £9.99. This has not happened and I was charged £9.99 each month since December 2014.

If you are experiencing difficulties with a subscription to Spotify, you should try and contact Spotify directly in order to determine why you were charged each month for 3 months.

When a subscription is created on a PayPal account with a company, they instruct PayPal to charge a set amount on a monthly basis so the arrangement is between you and the company. If you try contacting them directly, they will be able to give you more information in regards to the payment that was processed without your knowledge.
