So I received a voucher promising me a tenner off my next purchase of £25 or over. I buy something worth £30 and the voucher is nowhere to be seen. I ring customer support and he acknowledged PPs error and gave me another voucher saying sorry you cant use it on the £30 purchase. So I go to use it today and now its saying the code is not linked to my account so I've lost out again. I'm completely fed up with Paypal to the point of just closing my account.
