Hello, a buyer from ebay paid funds into my paypal, the funds were not made available to me straight away as I am a new ebay user. On the transaction it said the funds would be ready on the 21st April (yesterday) but i have been checking back and still nothing available to me, all it says now is try later which i have been doing since last night.
Does anyone have any idea why the funds are still not available even tho it has gone past the date they were ment to be available ?
