Error 3148

Hi everyone, I'm not able to recieve my payments, the website that is sending me the money said that they received this error: "Receiver's address is in a non-receivable country or a PayPal zero country" error code 3148. I verified my Visa but still recieve this error,I also called Customer Support but they just send me an automated message which doesn't help,so I would appriciate it if someone knows what to do. P.S.:I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina and I checked it is a country where PayPal works.

Try this first  >>

 

 

  1. Go and log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click 'Profile' near the top of the page. Through the cog symbol.
  3. Click 'Manage automatic transfer' under 'Selling Preferences.'
  4. Select the bank account or card you want to use and click 'Make Default'.
