Dont understand why it's pending

I sent some money to my friend, but it says on my PayPal, Money sent - Pending, but I paid with my Visa card soo it should be instant, Why does it say money sent - pending and how do I fix it

Does it say pending / unclaimed on it or when you click on it and if so is there a cancel option?

IT says Pending Not Unclaimed And there is no cancel option on the app

ok then thats odd, is it an international transaction at all and if so what country are you sending to and what currency?

ok did you send the payment in sterling or your own currency?

I opened the transaction with my browser instead and now it gives me the option to cancel and then when I click cancel it send me to another site, where it says unclaimed I don't understand anything

ok then can you double check the email address that you sent to payment to and make sure from the receiver that they supplied you with the correct address AND double check you did not make a typo.

I checked like 4 times, i sent IT yesterday But i think will just cancel it and pay him through the PayPal me link instead Do you think that is faster
