Didn't receive full payment amount

Someone has paid me through PayPal today for £10. However it only showing £9.56. Anyone know why. I'd be very grateful

You pay a paypal fee of 3.4% + 20p per transaction.

This is deducted before the remainder is credited to your paypal account balance.

Advice is voluntary.
