Depop payments not recieved

I have just started depop and have sold two items but when they bought the items no money had gone into my account but money was being taken out? I really need help because I've just sold clothes and have nothing whatsoever 😞

Check the email addy the buyers have to pay to that identifies your paypal account and make sure there are no spelling mistakes on it.
