I get a text from 62226 saying I have money sent to me from my friends but when I claim it, it isn't transferring into my account? What do I do to make it transfer?

There was a recent technical issue that caused some people to be unable to accept payments sent to a mobile number. This has now been resolved so you should be able to claim any future payments.
One thing to make sure of is that your phone number if confirmed on your PayPal account. You will find steps to do that here.
