If you have completed the payment process then no you can't change it.
You can get the seller to refund the payment and pay via a card BUT the payment will still leave your bank account when it is scheduled to do so and then when it gets to paypal as its been refunded then that payment will be credited to your paypal balance or return to your bank account.
