I went to close my paypal business account and everytime I try to it says accounts with a negative balance cannot be closed. It had a negative balance so I used another paypal to bring it to 0, but when I did this just underneath the 0.00 balance it has the negatvie balance number. The funds clearly aren't available but why? What do I do?
Takes 5-7 days to transfer funds from your bank account to your paypal account if you used the slowest one of the 2 options you are given when you click on ''add funds''.
It goes via automated clearing / electronic transfer and when it eventually clears your neg balance would be cleared also.

You don't understand I said I sent the money from another paypal account. Like x@gmail.com has a negative balance so i sent money from y@gmail.com because it comes straight into the account
