Cancelled payments

I made a payment to TV AWAY FROM HOME but couldn’t get it to work so cancelled the subscription but they’ve still taken a second payment. How can I get a refund and ensure further payments aren’t taken

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.
