Cancel Pending Payment to private person

I sent a payment via PayPal to a friends email address who I mistakenly thought had a PayPal account. I have now paid her cash and want to cancel the pending payment immediately but can't see an option to do so before the 30 day expiry...help!!!

If its unclaimed then there is only a cancel option if its been sent to an invalid email address.

If is unclaimed without a cancel option then the pending status is released at 30 days.

However if you contact your funding source ie bank account or card they should be able to release the pending funds back to your account.
