When trying to send money I arrive at a page looking to verify my ID through text message. However the next button on this page does not function and leaves me stuck. I've tried two different browsers and the app,,,??
I have had tis same issue and they deducted £1 from my bank account, then I had to quote the code which was on the deducted payment, entered the code where Paypals message directed and a message said that they were crediting the charge back.
After all this I still cant send money and Paypal suggest to get tyhe person who I wish to send the money to get them to send me a Paypal invoice for me to pay.
They couldnt explain why its happening and I feel totally pis**d off with it all
