Can't buy with PayPal credits

I'm trying to buy something with my PayPal credits and i can't!

I can only buy with my credit card.

Why this happening?

In situation when you are having challenges with using your PayPal Credit service, I would recommend you calling the PayPal Credit directly at 0800 368 7155, as the will be able to review your accounts and advise the best course of action to resolve the issue.
