Recently made a sale on Swappa and received the payment. It lists it under pending and says "my money is waiting", along with the option to accept or decline. When I hit accept, it tells me that I need to verify my account, and in order to do that, I need to add a bank. The problem here is that I've already added my bank and it says its confirmed and verified. Is there something else I need to do, or is this a problem on Paypal's part?
I ended up calling paypal support. Once I explained the situation, the person on the line was able to verify my account. Pretty quick and only took a few minutes.
