Buyer paid 24 hours ago whilst at my house but still not received funds

A friend of a friend came round to our house the other day to our business and paid a £10 deposit via paypal as they hadn't got the money on them.

We saw the money leave their account but it is yet to appear in ours, over 24 hours later.

I was under the impression that payments were meant to be instant?

Its only instant if they have linked their ppal to a card

Ask them to check the ppal address it has been sent to by clickin on the transaction in their acc in case their is a spelling mistake somewhere

Ask them what the "status" is ie completed/pending?
