Business account, verified, cannot accept payment.

I cannot accept a payment, from what I am guessing someone's Bank account.

 

I am using WHMCS, and the payment and automation system is automatic, but this user used their debit card and the payment is pending, and it's a big problem. Please respond ASAP.
