Hello, I bought something (Playstation Plus for 1 month), and it took €6,99 from my Paypal Balance. Normally it would take the money from my Bank Account but there weren't sufficient funds there. Now, since I added money, Paypal took the €6,99 from my bank account. But my Paypal balance is still €-6,99. I emailed Paypal about it but it's now 4 days without any respond. I hope any of you can help me. I also have information about the transaction if needed. Thanks!
