Balance not adding up

Does anyone know why some payments taken on the website and showing in Paypal as received are not ahowing up in the balance report?

I can see the payment there but when I go to the Charts and Graphs report, it is under-reporting, so some sales have not been added.

When you are downloading your History, you have the ability to customize the fields that you want before downloading the history. You can find more information about how to download your history here
