I have been bouncing back and forth phone calls and messages for the past month I think.

 

Everytime I try to make a payment/transfer it wont push through, then I will call, they will then restore my account, then Ill wait before trying again. Annnd boom it still wont push through.

Can a account specialist please acknowledge this post and my comment as soon as Possible? I'm having the same Issue, and I do not know why paypal allows it to occur. Thank you for your immediate attention given to this matter. A Reyes Jr
