-£60 PENDING IN RED WRITING AGAINST MY PAYPAL BALANCE

A BUYER RETURNED AN ITEM AND PAYPAL ASKED ME TO PUT ENOUGH FUNDS, £60 INTO MY ACCOUNT TO COVER IT. THIS I HAVE. BUT THE BUYER IS NOW STILL SAYING WHERE IS HER REFUND?  IT SAYS IN RED WRITING -£60 PENDING NEXT TO MY PAYPAL BALANCE. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE PLEASE. I CANNOT JUST CLICK ON THE TRANSACTION AND ISSUE A REFUND BECAUSE IT WONT LET ME. WHAT CAN I DO? I HAVE NOW JUST FOUND HER EMAIL ADDRESS AND SENT HER THE SAME AMOUNT. WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW? CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP

Are the funds you have added still pending to your paypal balance??

If so then she will get a refund AND the payment you have just sent her.

in the top left hand part of the summary it might say for example paypal balance is £xxxx  and directly underneath in smaller red writing is -£60 

so what does that mean? its been there a while now and when i click on it nothing happens. what should i do now? thanks for your reply

and those two circles are ticked and in green

the item delivered  and the refund set circles are in grey and not ticked

what happens now please?  thanks
