I cannot believe this can actually happen, I was under the impression that I had access to the money in my account until there was a ligitimate dispute, but here I shipped an item and two weeks later Paypal decides that the payment was not authorized by the account holder and took MY money back.
They tell me they are very sorry burt I must go and try to get it from the buyer.....well good luck he is in Greece and I am in Canada.
IF I had been aware that this could happen I would not have shipped anything till the money cleared.
Paypal **bleep** IMHO.............
