Sorry to ignorant on this. How do I make and send an Invoice for an item I am selling, and How long after notification of payment on Paypal is it safe to send item.
To send an invoice log into your PayPal account and click the "Request Money" tab. Then select "Create Invoice". The rest will hopefully be straightforward.
Once you recieve payment it's safe to send. There is one exception, there is a type of payment called eCheck which takes a few days for the money to transfer. These are rare, but it's best to check the payment to ensure that it says 'paid' and not 'pending'.
