I would rather my email address not be displayed in the details section when a cx makes a payment to me. I want all correspondance to be done thru eBay, not thru email.
The PayPal details page shows which email the payment was received from and which email it was sent to.
Can I hide my email (the sent to email) so the cx can't see it?
I'm not sure if this will totally help you, but in the 'Create Invoice' 'Edit Contact Info' there is a place to select so that no email address will show on invoice.
