I want to buy xenforo forum licence.
I know Turkish accounts can not use paypal to buy from abroad.
Thus i use my credit card without login to paypal.
But there is no option for Turkey to choose.
Which country should i choose?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
