I sell on various platforms and up until now I have not had problem but on one of my shops when someone has tried to buy something it says it does not accept and the receiver can't accept payments at this time.


how do I resolve this

It's unusual that a buyer would get this message when you have not had an issue in the past.


I would recommend checking your receiving prefrences in case you have something blocked. 


Here’s how to set your payment receiving preferences:

  1. Go to and log in to your account.
  2. Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
  3. Click 'My selling preferences.'
  4. Click 'Update' beside 'Block payments' in the 'Getting paid and managing my risk' section. 

If this is not the issue I'd advise giving customer service a call. They will get to the bottom of it for you.
