Hi All, I've been trying for weeks to update my card details ( for a personal PayPal account ),when i get to the "confirm card " section I am getting told that a 4 digit number will be sent to my bank account and to enter the 4 digits on the confirm card page. unfortunately there is no sign of the 4 digits being sent to my bank account so far.....I'm also trying to contact PayPal for some advice but trying to find some contact details is like trying to find a needle in a haystack,  whatever I click on I keep getting sènt to 'help' page I'm running out of patience, any advice would be really really grateful .thank you

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

What if I don't want to talk to them - I need them to reply to my email with the details that I requested. It seems that they ignore ALL emails and other communications completely.

Is that their new level of service?

Is that in T&C?

No idea, but if you look at the above post i gave you other options than phoning them.
