Hello im new to this as not had any problems before i put an item up for sale on gumtree person asked if he paid via paypal could we send item said yes no problem as he was going to arrange a courier but to cut the story short he said he had made the payment via paypal went on to my paypal tansactions there was no payment been sent told him this via email says he had and said he has opened a dispute via paypal an email that looks like its from paypal (but dont think it is ) has been sent no disputes on my paypal account should i report this to the police
